Digestion

Ways to improve digestion:
*Chewing – Chew the food completely.  “Drink your food.”, that is how small the particle of food should be before swallowing.  
*Eating slow allows the pancreas enough time to release the digestive enzymes.
*Avoid drinking any liquids during your meal.  You may sip liquids to help swallowing food, but douzing the stomach will dilute the stomach acids and impair digestion.  For a pro tip avoid liquids 15 minutes before and after a meal.
*Eat foods that are more difficult to digest first, like protein, and eat salads last.

We spoke about exercise as being a certain way to oxygenate the body.  However there are many other fun ways to increase the oxygen in the body:
*Exercise – any exercise or movement modality will increase the oxygen level in the body, like a simple walk is beneficial.  
*Breathing – Breathing exercise, deep breaths and/or conscious breathing.
*Improve posture – It will improve the respiratory function, diaphragm mobility, chest expansion, and increased alveolar ventilation.
*Sun exposure – 10-20 minutes of early morning sun exposure on the torso will increase blood flow.
*Saunas – The heat from sauna can dilate veins, allowing blood flow more easily.  All saunas modulates are helpful like infra red, wet and dry saunas.
*Humming and singing – Humming while exhaling helps to repair the nervous system and it dilates blood vessels, enabling more oxygen to the entire body. Singing increases lung capacity and engages the muscles around the ribcage.

Maintain a healthy barrier with good sleep, exercise, hydration, emotional management, nutrition, sun protection, and by steering clear of excessive exfoliation, laser treatments, acid peels, and sun overexposure.

Nutrition

Healthy fat is needed to support subcutaneous fat and structural fat to keep the body healthy and for the skin to hold moisture and to look plump. Water must be spring water. Spring water is a clean source and contain minerals that are essential to health. Avoid reverse osmosis, purified, distilled and city water.

The consumption of whole ingredients are vital for the supply of amino acids, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and enzymes  to support a healthy body and healthy skin.
