Arrival and Check-In
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. Arriving late for your appointment may shorten the length of your session(s). As a courtesy to all our guests, we regret that we cannot extend your service into the next guest’s appointment time. Full charges apply for remaining portion of your session.
Out of respect for our clientele, treatments for clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late will be honored at the spa manager’s discretion.
